Terms of Service — GloSheets for iPad

GloSheets for iPad (the “App”) is published by Apexis Solutions Inc., doing business as Small Bricktory (“we”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not resell, share, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the App, or use it unlawfully.
Your content
You are solely responsible for everything you import into the App and for having the right to use it. We claim no rights to your content.
Purchases
Purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages or loss of data. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or CAD $100, whichever is greater. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated Terms.
Apple
These Terms are between you and Small Bricktory, not Apple. Small Bricktory alone is responsible for the App, its support, and any claims relating to it, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection, privacy, and intellectual property claims. If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of its purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. You confirm you are not in a U.S.-embargoed country or on a U.S. restricted parties list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
